Southside Cocktail Recipe

Equipment

  • cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail glass

Ingredients

  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Fresh mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the mint leaves and lemon juice to a shaker or mixing glass and muddle.
  • Pour the gin and simple syrup into the shaker and shake well.
  • Strain into a coupe glass and serve with a fresh sprig of mint.
