Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • ½ oz simple syrup or 1 tsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup ice
  • Pineapple wedge + pineapple leaves for garnish
