Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ oz Blackstrap rum
  • ½ oz Campari
  • 1 ½ oz Fresh pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz Fresh lime juice
  • oz Demerara syrup
  • Garnish: Pineapple wedge

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
  • Shake until well chilled
  • Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge
